Shipping Policy

Shipping rates vary from product to product and region to region. Currently there is fixed shipping rate for standard shipping. In case you want expedited shipping, please contact us and the rates will be communicated to you depending on weight of item and location of delivery.

Orders are usually shipped out within 3 days of receiving payment. Tracking information will be updated to customers after the shipping is confirmed. Different products have different delivery timelines. Most items deliver within 2-3 weeks depending on your location.

The buyer is responsible for paying any VAT, tariff, duty, customs clearance charges etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. Usually high value items like strollers/ car seats could attract such charges, so you are requested to check with your local couriers to have an estimate of the tariff you will be required to pay, before placing the order.

Please mention correct delivery address with postal code and phone number. Any lost articles due to wrong address furnished by customer shall be customer's sole responsibility and no refunds/replacement will be made for such orders.

In case you are not available at the mentioned address at the time of delivery, your package may be deposited with the local post office for collection. You will be informed regarding how to request re-delivery or self collect from the post office. All packages must be self collected from the PO within 15 days of delivery, post which the item will return to the sender.

If the tracking information shows that the item has delivered and you have not received it, this is a case of a lost parcel. Please note that the Shipping Agency is responsible for lost parcels. Once the item is shipped, we can help you in tracking your parcel but all inquiries for lost parcel must be directed to the Shipping Agency with the relevant tracking number.
