Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation: We focus on quick turnaround; hence our shipments are usually on the move within 48 hours of receiving the order. If you raise a cancellation request before the items are shipped, we will accept your request and refund 100% of the money. Any cancellation request raised after this will be considered on case to case basis (depending on actual state of shipment). 

Refund due to other issues: In case of any transit damages or any other issues, you can notify us stating the exact problem, along with relevant proofs (photographs will suffice) and order number. To avoid transit damages, we take utmost care to pack the items in a sturdy packaging; hence we usually don't encounter such issues. However if you notice any damage during the time of receipt, please notify this to the shipping company and write to us at wecare@relaxedparent.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible and suggest how the issue may be resolved.

If there are any missing parts in the order, please write to us with exact list of missing parts with and we will do our best to replace them as soon as possible. 

Please note that any such request needs to be initiated within 7 days from product receipt at customer's end.

No Return should be initiated before a written confirmation from us on email. 

In case of any Returns, Product should remain unused and packed appropriately for Return. In such instances, buyer will need to bear the Return Shipment costs right back to the supply origin and NOT the Corporate Office

On receipt of returned product and verification of damage or other concern, we will send replacement of the product. If the exact replacement is not possible, we will refund 100% of the product costs. Such refund processing / replacement delivery of items, may take up to 21 days of time.

In absence of valid proofs and damage caused by inappropriate handling of product at customer end, no refunds or replacements will be made.
